"We were not originally planning on staying in Middletown but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The Garden House is very comfortable and convenient to many things in town. Linda, our host had special little touches that made the stay relaxing. Number one the shower is amazing! I looked forward to it every evening the pressure and hot water is perfect and the quality shampoos and soaps provides smelled wonderful! "Darling small bungalow style home that was nicely decorated and comfortable. Bonus outdoor patio that we really enjoyed. Good location. Road to home had some twist and turns. Just be cautious and drive slowly. Definitely recommend! We loved our stay here."

"The property is right on the lake with access to the lake. The accommodations were comfortable. Lots of parking, new beds, large kitchen, large back yard, and great view of lake are great assets. Owner is making inprovements. Attention to the details will make this a 5 star property."

"We stayed the weekend with friends at this beautiful hideaway in the woods and had a wonderful time. The house was spotless, the jacuzzi was perfect, the lighting was fun and ethereal, the fireplace was cozy, tv was easy to operate and had Netflix (thanks!). The beds are on the soft side, and curtains are sheer, which didn’t bother us, but that might be hard for some folks. We had a great time! Thank you so much!!!"
