Situated on a quiet half acre and surrounded by Vineyards and open farmland, you will enjoy plenty of privacy while being only moments away from some of Sonoma County’sCounty’s best destinations.

Our quaint two bedroom one bath country farmhouse has been recently updated and is well appointed. We are continually improving the home when not occupied by guests enjoying all it has to offer.

Located conveniently near highway 101 off of River Road, this is the perfect retreat to explore wine country and the many wonderful restaurants and other attractions in Santa Rosa & just a short drive from both the Russian River area and Healdsburg.

Our guests will be able to experience self check in, but will have the support and availability of an experienced host when needed.

Everything in the property is set up for an easy and trouble free experience, yet we are readily available, should you need us.

The home is stocked with everything you need to be able to cook and relax and enjoy the home as if it was your own. Anything accessible is intentionally done so for your enjoyment.

You are welcome to bring your furry friends, we have a medium size dog door that leads to a secure dog run in the back of the home.

We love hosting our guests and their pets but ask that per county rules they are not left unattended or outside without supervision.

We want all of our guests to be able to enjoy the space but please be sure to be with your pets when ever they are outside in the back yard out of respect for the neighbors and to make sure they are leashed when walking the neighborhood.
Sonoma County Airbnb rules require that all parking be done inside the premises, though there is ample space.

There is no smoking of any type allowed in the home, but you are welcome to do so outside safely.

Sonoma County does not allow any amplified sound outdoors of any kind any time during the stay.
