"The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly every knowledge of the area. Five days earlier I had left my phone behind on a train. Dealing with the lost and found on Japan rail possible without the help of the staff. After attempting to get our phone back from day, one the only way this was facilitated was helpful communication from the staff of the hotel to the Rail company.
I could never express my gratitude to the of the hotel. "

The property was clean, beautiful, safe - we enjoyed the breakfast and the laundry service. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a nice tv and Bluetooth speaker. "

Also offered free soba, sake and tea every night on the 14th floor. Extremely convenient location from several subway and train stations, as well as kombinis and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this as a great location. "
