"Everything was perfect, only issue was the laundromat room, it was always full and the machines didn't dry our clothes properly. Overall would come here again."
"On a lower floor the sound of subway trains can be heard from below. How many rooms really have views of the Sky Tree? The photo is prominently displayed but there is no information when booking about which rooms have good views. The breakfast area is too small. The atmosphere was horrible. There were signs about congestion at both breakfast and for elevator use at certain times. The coffee and salad both were mediocre. They should open breakfast earlier to reduce congestion. Why should I waste my time because the hotel does not have more elevators? The hotel is overpriced. It is perhaps a small step above a business hotel. It is close to Ueno Station, but not as convenient as it seems and the best routes are confusing. The hotel website does not provide enough useful information."
"The rooms were really clean and I love the amenities provided such as toiletries, lounge wear, slippers bath products and more. Japanese people just know how to do things right."
"This is an exceptional property for a family visiting Tokyo. Our room was very spacious with two double beds, a sitting area, kitchen and a well thought out bathroom with lots of space. We had four adults in the room with luggage and backpacks and had plenty of room. We even had guests visit. We will definitely stay here again."
"An excellent breakfast, staff really helpful. Good location for Ueno station. Terrace was a nice spot to rest, especially for us as our room was tiny and had a view of a concrete staircase. So we probably should have chosen a better room especially for a 6 day stay, but that’s on us!"
"Clean and very fancy business hotel. We could could see the Tokyo sky tree from our window ! Very comfortable room. Night staff is sometimes a bit rude, one of them wouldn’t let my girlfriend get patches for her tattoos so she could access the Onsen, even though that was complimentary. That was only once, and when we asked someone else, we got the patches. Otherwise, everyone is nice."
