"Rooms where very clean and updated. no Kitchen just small fridge, Shower and bathroom was top notch. Rooms where a little small but was not expecting a massive room in a great area in the middle of Tokyo. Great location, Quick walk to great authentic shopping and awesome little food stops. Hotel location is just far enough to not hear any noise from busy streets but close enough to get to those areas with a quick stroll. Highly recommend this hotel we had a great comfortable stay. "

"Cozy room in a quiet hotel less than 10 minutes walk from Ueno station, numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Comfy bed, decent shower. Not much room for storing bags and limited hanger space, though that seems to be typical for hotels here!"

"Excellent high end hotel with attentive staff and great location for sightseeing. Buffet breakfast might not be worth the cost but it is extremely convenient. "

"Room was incredibly clean and cleaned daily. I didn’t mind it, but in case someone else does, the private room we had, the bathroom had a step that was about a foot off the ground. The bed was big enough for two less than 6 feet tall people, but the mattress is a little stiff. Staff were all incredibly helpful and super kind. Hotel has free WiFi, and was very fast. Kitchen area was easy to use and had a lot of accessibility. Overall though, would stay here again as it is a 20 minute walk to Ueno Station. Very accessible!"

"My room was both spotless and surprisingly large, in comparison to some of the other hotels in Japan I’ve stayed at. The staff were extremely helpful and made me feel at welcome from the moment I stepped inside! I will definitely consider refuting here for any future stays in the Uneo area!"

"The location of hotel is excellent. It is close to Ueno park and many museums. This was quite an advantage during the cherry blossom season. There is a central metro station 5 minutes away. The hotel had no air conditioning and the rooms could get stuffy and hot, however, we left the back window viewing to the park open and it was adequate. The regular room cleaning occurs every 3 to 4 days. Some of the staff at the front desk were dismissive (or perhaps untrained) of the questions and requests. The daily breakfast buffet was the highlight of our stay. "

"The apartment was modern and extremely clean, super convenient to have a refrigerator in the room. Location was superb - although in the middle of the city, it is on a side street where it was very quiet, and a 5 minute walk from Ueno Park subway stop. Check-in and check-out was automated using QR codes so we did not meet staff (we had no issues/reason to call them). Highly recommend!"
