"Very clean small shoe box side Tokyo hotel with impressively great service by the stuff, Rather have more walking space than strange and unnecessary large bed - 2 full size bed side by side. Because it was small and no common bath/spa, I will not return to this property."

"I found a bug crawling in my bed. Reported to the front desk right away. They couldn’t change the room for me. I have asked to at least change all my bedsheets & duvet. They only gave me the bedsheet & asked me to do it myself. "
