Paradise !

We are currently cycling around the world ( from Australia) The staff were wonderful and did an amazing job helping us to pack our bikes for our flight. A big shout out to Asha and Gift for everything! The rooms were quiet and beds comfy. A bit challenging to work out light switches though. The swimming pool was huge ! Just a quick mention that there’s no bar at the hotel so we got a taxi into stone town which wasn’t a problem for us.

The Sunshine Marine Lodge is a great relaxation escape! The grounds and setting are beautiful and all the rooms enjoy great views. The restaurant is reasonably priced with attentive, polite staff and good food at all times of the day. We sampled a wide range of drinks from the bar which were great. There are plenty of places to relax like hammocks and loungers round the pool. Quiet; courteous and pleasant staff; beautiful room

Our week in Zanzibar had many highlights but the Zanzi Resort was the daily sanctuary that we appreciated the most. The new managers and their staff had only us clients in mind as they tend to our whims in a most encompassing but professionally discrete way. This resort is a small boutique arrangement of only seven detached villas, each with private beach area, pool with swim jets and modern interiors. Exceptional.
