Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. And that says it all. You have everything you need. Private beach with bar, 4 different pools, activities all day for adults, buffé is amazing and the à la carte is Magic. The all inclusive is a 24/7. so you have snacks and drinks in the lobby bar all night. I would really recommend this hotel. Well worth 250 USD per night/person. With 100% paid that price again.

If you want a big big tourist machine with no personality and terrible front desk service this is for you. 5 star hotel with 1 star service. Their gourmet restaurants have beautiful surroundings with blend food. Lobster are way overcooked. We had 8 nights and they said they would upgrade our room after 4 days. When the day came they had forgotten every. Even closed our dooryards. Stay away from this place. It is crowded everywhere.

Clean clean room! Good food but… something to know, they offered an upgrade from partial ocean view to full ocean and the bed was two doubles pushed together and no king size sheets so sleeping together was not an option comfortably… huge disappointment. When we asked staff to at least put king size blankets so we could share the covers they did not. Huge disappointment but if sleeping together isn’t an issue this place was really nice. They didn’t have all the drink options available but staff was friendly and pleasant

The time we spent at RIU Jambo was fantastic. Because we enjoyed our stay so much, I want to list out the highlights - Rooms were clean and the sea view was perfect - The food offerings were good with a lot of options, I especially loved breakfast - All the staff and RIU Jambo for pleasant and charasmatic. Good customer service goes a long way and RIU Jambo has some of the best customer service I have experienced - Hotel grounds were beautiful with plenty of spots for pictures - Spa was nice and professional offering a wide range of services - Beach at this location was great for swimming and water activities 10/10 , I would stay here again
