"If you want to stay somewhere you can find peace this isn’t the place When my wife found someone had left a stain on sheets she asked me to remove them and I had found the mattress cover stained with two pee stains on it and took a picture of it After three days of fighting and noise above us we decided to cut our trip short and go home No one really cleans this place at all. "Had a great experience at this hotel overall, with the staff especially the younger lady That sadly I didn’t get the name of but was working on 6/28-6/29 she was absolutely helpful with my questions I had (especially about the parking) and answered with positive attitude and clarity, now the hotel itself is very upkept and is still ongoing construction, i do wish there were more amenities and the pool closed too early and opened too late in my opinion, but overall rooms were clean and comfortable the bathrooms spectaculary clean and fresh, i enjoyed my stay here"

"Love the place and have stayed many times. Great concept and venue. Down side they are letting it slip a bit. One of the porch swings is dangerous and about to break. Someone will get hurt. The stairs are dangerous with mats overhang as trip hazards. I have no idea why nothing is done before someone gets hurt. My room was not cleaned as requested on my last night. Got back too late to remedy. Little things like decent basic ping pong paddles are no longer in the budget? I truly hope they turns things around."

"Owners were very accommodating and gave us tickets to get into the private beach nearby which was a perk I didn't know about. I had small issues with the TV remote and toilet and told the owner about them. He was very attentive to meeting my needs. We did not get room service but that's okay we didn't need it."

"The rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No breakfast is offered. You do get a discount at the restaurant next door Toulouse, but it's expensive. There are a lot of breakfast options in the town. Parking gets difficult in the evening. The lobby area is welcoming (comfortable furniture, nice coffee / hot chocolate machine, board games). They offer smores in evening with 2 firepits to enjoy them. There is a heated pool and hot tub. The pool is deep, so keep an eye on kids that are not good swimmers. The pool temperature was good, and they offer pool towels. We met some friendly guests while at the hot tub. There is a private beach (not part of the hotel) near the hotel (less 10 minutes walking; parking available next to the entrance). Entry to the beach is an additional cost but discounted entry is available at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay here."
