"The air conditioner and heat in my room was not changeable. My room is 79° all night long couldn’t open the window or doing anything else. I have trouble breathing. I need a cool room to sleep in and that’s what they gave me. Also, we checked in two hours early and they charged us 40 extra dollars ..."
