This is a magnificent resort in an isolated area of ubud. You feel like you are in the middle of a rainforest and have the whole resort to yourself. Unbelievably good service and really enjoyable food. Highly recommend a stay here for around 3-4 days

Staff very attentive

The most amazing place for a luxurious getaway. The staff are absolutely amazing people that just want you to have the best time. The amenities are awesome. Amazing views. Would recommend a stay here

For $2000/night its a great stay. Staff is the BEST here. You will be very happy for sure.

Every now and then you get a property that 5/5 seems unfair to it. It beats on location, property, service and people. It’s almost too good to have to suffer people reviewing it. It deserves to be on a “best of” list. Grab it before it is.

We stayed in a pool villa for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was lovely & bright excellent view and kept very clean. Breakfast was delicious and in a lovely setting. The hotel pool is beautiful great pool bar that serves great food. The staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble.

I loved my stay here and didn't want to leave. The superior room was spacious and overlooked the forest. It was wonderful waking up to the sounds of the forest each morning, albeit early. The monkeys come close to the rooms and I loved watching them. The food was good and staff very pleasant and accommodating. The free shuttle to Ubud is great but it's a shame it doesn't run in the evening.

The staff were wonderful, with surprising myself at breakfast. The rooms were very clean, and facilities was awesome. Best part of the experience was the staff being friendly and always accommodating to our needs

We stayed here for 4 nights in October 2014 and we were blown away by this hotel. The location is stunning.. even better than it looks in the pictures. It takes your breath away. The facilities were amazing the food at the hotel restaurant was of a very high standard. The rooms were immaculate and the staff were incredible. Great staff

I loved every moment of my stay at Five Elements. From the beautiful location, to the luxurious and comfortable rooms to the absolutely delightful staff, this was probably the best place I have ever stayed. The facilities were fantastic - super comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and great complementary toiletries. We loved every minute of our stay here. the staff are amazing. We stayed in a family 2 bedroom and it was perfect. Pool and facilities are top notch and so relaxing, perfect for what our family needed - a few days away from the hustle and bustle to relax. The food was excellent but cocktail list definately needs improving needing more tropical cocktails instead of the fermented ones but all in all our stay was wonderful!

Needs bit of maintenance

My mum and I had the best stay at Element by Westin! We originally booked for 4 nights, but once we were there we extended our stay for another 2 nights because we loved it so much! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The facilities on site were also lovely - the pool and lounges were great! The breakfast included in our stay was delicious and we were always greeted with warm smiles wherever we went. We ate dinner at the hotel every night - you cannot go past the Pork Satay...

We had a lovely stay up at Scared Valley. Pool staff and room was perfect. But we where not pleased with the lunch n dinner options. The first day we ordered neisong there was no salt at all. Next day the food was just ok and the 3rd day we didn't enjoyed our dinner at all. No taste, no flavour Just blend. We give our feedback to the witness at the time and he and she where really apologizing to us.
