Kingston is about 10km from Hobart, however the hotel is just off the highway so it’s about 15mins drive to Hobart city. There’s supermarkets and restaurants on the other side of the road so very convenient. There’s also a beach in the area. The room is spacious with all amenities like kettle and cups with plates to make tea and full toiletries in the bathroom. Car parking is available and lovely staff. I would definitely stay here again.

A 20 min walk to Hobart and Salamanca. Next to a liquor store. Within walking distance or 3 min drive to shops and eateries. Rooms good, clean and staff very nice. The receptionists were also great in giving tips and info.

We were given an early check in, the room was good except the safe did not work.Exceptional service by the Reception lady Erica who was most helpful and caring. The Motel in Sandy bay was in a great position opposite the water and an easy drive to the city. Would recommend highly.

My husband and I were welcomed warmly and made to feel thoroughly at home throughout our entire 3 night stay. We were thrilled with the generous continental breakfast, including lots of fresh fruit and even hard boiled eggs and tomato juice included in the jugs of fruit juices. We were impressed!

The room was comfortable and clean with heating and electric blanket for those cold nights. The room provided everything that you would require for a hotel stay. Continental breakfast provided in the morning to save looking for somewhere to eat if you are the type that needs breakfast. The staff are friendly and ready to help in any situation.

Beautiful new / modern hotel. Desk staff were extremely helpful - I arrived early so they held my bags while I explored for the day, and when I came back to officially check in my bags were already in my room waiting for me. Great place to stay in Hobart. Walking distance to city and places of interest. The car stacker is amazing and easy to use and the staff really helpful and cheerful. We stayed in the Loft apartment and was serviced every day with fresh linen etc as well as being self contained and able to cook a meal if required and launder clothes etc. Exceptionally clean and fresh and new. Had a wonderful time. Beautifully appointed and highly recommend.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. Nothing negative. On arrival the checkin assistant explained all about dining options in the area as well as providing us with helpful information about our planned trip to Bruny Island.
