The suite was the best I have stayed in and rivals even the top echelon of International Brands. Decor was excellent. Spotlessly clean, outstanding utilities. "The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and very well provided for furry friends. There was lots of space to sleep the 7 of us adults, however the 7th bed was a trundle bed and no bedding was provided for it, including a towel.The check in process was difficult and communication awful, I spoke to 5 different just people trying to check in and get the access code (originally told to pick up a key?) I got emails with different check in times, my online check in wasn’t validated until I called them once we arrived (I completed it 3 days prior) and still didn’t receive an access code until 3.56pm when I was told 2.45pm.Overall the house was really beautiful and spacious, we would stay again but keeping in mind we now know the check in maybe be difficult. "
