My wife and I were greeted by Brian who helped us with our luggage from the car park to Hazel-Nut cottage. Being the wrong side of seventy was very much appreciated. Brian gave us a very comprehensive brief of the layout and amenities, also a very detailed joining folder which we used considerably very useful for our successful stay at the cottage.
