"One of the most bad experiences I had ever The staff is rude and don’t care and don’t even check If they have aged or no or ketchup or no or even anything you ask for Everybody they are I say the other department go for it Very busy and all tourists come mid s hotel to enjoy in The pool desk was closed although given on the app and I thought that there is pool Even if it’s raining next day it was sunny why they don’t open it !! Or even let us sit on the chairs beside it And I didn’t see even coffe machine That was regret and room smaller than my restroom and view is terrible "

"Highbridge hotel fit my needs perfectly, offering a clean, quiet room at a great price. The staff were very helpful, making check in and check out quick and efficient. The hotel offers a very good hot buffet style breakfast, and there are plenty of restaurants and bodegas nearby for eating outside of breakfast hours. Pretty convenient access by train, too, if you don't mind walking up and down those Bronx hills."

"Our stay in New York was amazing! The hotel location is incredible and made it very easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is very good, super clean and organized, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We loved everything! As a suggestion, it would be great if they had a minibar in the room, as it would make the experience even better.
