Not the front desk when you check in nor the staff that sits you down at the restaurant. They make money off not telling you that BIG detail. AND the buffet sucks. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Traveled with husband and our 5 year old. Pull out couch was actually really comfortable. Appreciate that! We were able to easily order delicious food to the hotel at the end of long days of travel or exploring. 1 2 or 3 subway lines are very closeby for easy transit anywhere in the city. Staff were kind and characters and we loved them. Hotel is in Great condition. Will definitely look for deals to stay here again!"

"Room smelt like smoke and was really stuff, lack of ventilation. Bedroom floor was sticky and still dirty, would never walk on the floor with bare feet. Bathroom had mould and shower curtain was mouldy !!!!"
