"I booked a 2-bedroom apartment for my stay, clearly expecting a shared space for my group. However, upon arrival, we were given two completely separate rooms. This was not what we had reserved or needed, and it completely disrupted the purpose of our trip — we wanted to stay together as a family. When I raised the issue with the front desk, there was little acknowledgment or effort to correct the situation. No alternative options or compensation were offered, and it felt like the booking...

"The staff are very friendly and willing to help in case of any problems. We had stains on one of the towels that was changed immediately. The room was clean and practical.Bathroom sink had stained silikon but otherwise clean. Very near to metro station and bus stops, excellent location."

"This property was not flash, but i absolutely loved it, it felt more like an apartment than a hotel, i had a baseroom room which was very spacious, cooking facilities, bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The bedding was something you would have at home not a hotel. I much prefer this type of experience when travelling over flashy hotels when I am out all day long and return late just to sleep. The price was very good. The hotel manager was very nice. "
