"Very Serene location with lake and bush style cottage living feel. Very friendly host who bakes the best bread. Cottage is large, allowing kids to have their own time. Large SPA-bedroom-bathroom-Kitchen-Sunroom was all on point. Definitely recommend for a relaxing family getaway in nature."

"Really great hotel right in the center of everything "

"We managed to get an early check in as we were attending a performance at 2pm the usual check in time. It was great to be able to access our room and park our car before the show so we didn't have to rush around after the show and before dinner. A room upgrade was also a nice surprise."

"The Kinson was perfect for my 3 day stay. I like walking and the hotel is about 3 kms from Flinders Street but the tram also stops 2 minutes away. My room was light and spacious and I loved the views. I really appreciated having the ability to open a window a little if I wanted. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were just right. The bathroom was light and clean. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would thoroughly recommend The Kinson to anyone."
"Great hotel with great staff. Room was simple and ventilation system and fridge a bit noisey, but we loved our stay. Staff helped us with lots of requests (for more tea, for a blanket, help with the washing machines) and we really appreciated it. Also a great location and lovely safe feeling with staff on 24/7."

"Excellent overall. Rooms great size and clean. Service and front desk staff excellent. Air conditioning poor and very cold at night as it was noisy. But they did offer to fix. Overall very nice, kind and caring staff. "
