Holiday Homes in Key Colony Beach

"This condo, located half-way through the Florida Keys, is a great, affordable spot to relax. Though we were looking for a spot right on the beach, this one at least has a balcony off the side with a partial beach view. As it turned out, we were glad to not be right on the beach because the seaweed gets a bit stinky during low tide. Not a problem--we just went to the pool in the afternoon. Truthfully no beach in the keys is seaweed-free, so just enjoy the beautiful views, the amazing blues of the water everywhere and the plentiful restaurants, boating and sealife encounters. Just an hour or so from Key West, too. The owner is readily available and the hall closet has extras in case you forget something! Very easy access, first floor, and comfy beds. Would stay again, for sure."

"From the time we booked our stay it has been the easiest communication ever. Monica has been right on top of getting back to me with every question I have had. When we pulled into the driveway of the home it is absolutely beautiful and then you walk in the door and it is stunning. There are 3 amazing bedrooms upstairs with bathrooms and two amazing bedrooms downstairs with bathrooms. The kitchen and great room is open and airy and so roomy for a family of a larger size. You can eat on the balcony if you wish or inside. There is a ping pong table downstairs and a game room with a pool table and tv. There is your main kitchen upstairs and a kitchen downstairs. The pool is incredible with an outdoor grill area and table to dine at. A full bathroom by the pool. An outdoor shower and an ice maker that was so nice to have! We were able to dock two boats down on the dock. We were able to store our bait in the freezer that is down on the dock so that it did not waste. We let Monica know before our arrival that we had a two year old coming and they made sure that we had a baby gate at the top of the stairs, a baby camera on hand a pack “n” play and a bassinet. Just to make sure we had those things on hand was so great! We were also left with basic necessities such as trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper & paper towels. I honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay here. We loved it and would definitely come back. Monica was the best :) "

"Our stay here was amazing. Everything was either new or nearly new in the home. It was just right for our family of 4. Everything in the kitchen was new and making cooking breakfast fun. We used the boat dock. Easy to get in and out of canal and to open waters. We used Coco boat rentals instead of bringing our own boat this year. We used the pool at the Cabana club. No outside food or drinks permitted at the club but they have everything you need for purchase if you want to and very cute gift shop. Loved the home as it was easy being on ground level not the usual keys stilt Home with tons of steps we are used to renting. Ideal for young families or older people with hip or knee issues. The second bedroom is on the way to master but does have doors. Parking is a bit tight with bigger vehicles but manageable. In all, out of all the years renting on this site this was the cutest home we ever rented. Thank you for making this much needed trip perfect for our family. "

"We stayed for a week in Kim’s house. The house is really beautiful, the pool has a chiller on it which was a great bonus, the dock space was super ample and deep. The beds were actually very comfortable. We had a few issues with cleanliness like dog hair and cockroaches but it is Florida and they turned the house around the same day of our check in. Kim was super helpful with issues we had and promptly tried to resolve anything. Overall, we loved the house, the location and had such a fantastic time. "

"Clean, quiet, comfortable, and more spacious than it appears. The home was well stocked, the bedrooms (with blackout curtains!) had plenty of linens, and the surplus of kitchen supplies were much appreciated. Our stay was lovely and would rent here again. Dock was well maintained with adequate fish cleaning station and working chest freezer (no bulk ice machine). Never ran out of hot water with 4 adults and 5 small children showering/bathing at the same time. No issues with AC either. The only “complaint”, or advisory really, were the broken/loose back steps and a few pavers along the dock- manager was aware and repairs are supposed to be made. This is a conjoined/duplex unit and we never heard the neighbors while indoors. "

"Beautiful location for fishing and family boating fun. The pool adds fun for the kids along with access to the Cabana club. This house is within walking distance to a mexican restaurant that was very good and not far from the boat ramp. "
