The staff and friendly and helpful. The lifts in the hotel and are nice and quick. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Rundle Mall, the main shopping area in the CBD, which is convenient. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, room was clean and generous size, bar with happy hour was a bonus. They do supply some cups and teaspoons, but no other cutlery was supplied, so you cannot really make any food the kettle was setup in the bathroom which was a bit odd, but didn't bother us. Oooh almost forgot they had a security card to access building and lift which the wife really liked."

"Lovely, spacious and well-appointed room. Lots of light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Something I rarely see but greatly appreciate: the light switches were labelled! Huge shower and separate tub. Some bath salts would have been a nice addition, though. Professional, helpful and knowledgeable staff. "
