It was nice to be upgraded to a villa but the daily servicing was poor and inconsistent. The reception staff were pleasant in taking the requests. We were there for five nights and I had to ask for new towels and tea/coffee refills.

Reasonable motel-style accommodation kept clean and neat. On a main road with buses going into town which are infrequent on nights and weekends. The hotel itself is straightforward and budget friendly, staff are friendly, and it doesn't pretend to be something it isn't.

The Villas themselves were comfortable the staff wonderful. But the area is terrible, lots of 'rough' people around, we felt very unsafe and wouldn't let my children go outside or use the pool. I wouldn't stay here again due to the area.

We had the executive suite out the back of the property. Unfortunately it was very noisy with the main road traffic and commings and goings of guests all hours. The hot water system seems to be all linked therefor the shower temperature was either cold or scoulding hot. The room however was lovely and clean bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.

Comfortable and clean.

Easy check in and comfortable. Hot water and cold water were not marked and the hot water was very slow to come out so it was inconvenient to wait for five minutes wasting water until the hot water came out. To make matters worse I was informed at check-in in rather officious manner to keep the door closed and the vent switched on or the fire alarm will be set off. As if I was all ready culpable. There was a sign on the bathroom door reinforcing this and a possible fine of $800. Waiting in the cold bathroom in the early morning for ten minutes to step into the shower was uncomfortable. The problem should be fixed by the hotel management and the paying guests should not have to worry about this problem. Other than this rather large annoyance I had no complaints.

Unless you're used to lots of traffic noise, you're going to have a hard time sleeping. Being it's on a main road, that's expected. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Staff at check-in were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough to assist. Driving towards the villa we were assigned at the back of the motel, it was clear that this was pretty run down..however the villas were a new addition and the cleanliness was outstanding as well as the services inside the unit. However, built right on the fence-line of the houses jammed into the suburb behind, homes at rear had a dog barking right outside the villa bedrooms all hours of the day and night. It also appeared that there were long term social housing rooms rented out in the older part of the motel area where the villa was located. Stuff outside on the pavement everywhere.. People arguing and kids screaming and being yelled at all hours of the night. Groups outside smoking sometimes until two in the morning and 24hour front desk operation with cameras didn’t seem to ‘notice’. At one stage we had these children at 1040pm looking into our car and up under the awnings into the villa window. Mother just screamed get the ‘*#*£ back here..kicking ball into the car and window and groups of males sitting on the floor near the laundry when we tried to use it wasn’t comfortable. Travelling with children definitely didn’t feel safe. Again can’t fault the housekeeping but if you want to actually sleep definitely not the place to do so!
