Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Great size of the room for the price & better environment inside the room than outside of it. I had no cleaning during the nights I was staying there but the person working there was always friendly & helpful when anything was needed.
This is a very nice budget hotel. It has everything that I need. Love the rooftop swimming pool and gym facility. It may take several minutes to reach nearby attraction by scooter, but I think that's fine, since I love riding scooter in Bali. Recommended hotel
Room was disgusting filthy. We left had to spend double to find decent hotel in Kuta near beach Hotel should be closed. Owe trying to sell. It's the hotel from hell. We entered then left at once. It shouldn't be advertised
We had to walk for forty minutes in dark at four am my wife and I with luggage till we found somewhere safe. We were propositioned by transgender son motor cycles
Bad filthy rooms. Towels bathroom. Toilet
Worst I've been in for over 30 years worldwide travel owner is trying to sell this hotel Little wonder.
One of the worst hotel i have ever been. In my room wi-f was not working,no hot water in the shower, very dirty...Staff really bad,you need to ask 10 times and they still dont understand.I asked for a locker in my room, but they didint bring.Do not recommand this hotel....

Hotel is guite ok with room balcony, swimming pool & b/fast is also ok but for my 4 days stays looks like only 5 or 6 rooms is occupied out of 30 over rooms, on my last night of stay the whole hotel goes dark at around 2 am due to power failure for abt 15 minutes, maybe htl is abit far away from everything like shopping n food,u hv to take a cab for at least 15 minutes journey (if no jam) to the nearest gd food shops n to shops for souvenirs.
I think this once was a very nice hotel, but today is getting a bit old and missing some TLC. But it has everything I need, good standard, wifi (only in lobby, but internet in the wall in the room so I can create my own wifi with my computer), pool, gym, refrigerator in room, free breakfast and a helpfull staff. And all this to a very reasonable price - I will probably be here for some time.
The first room that we had was dirty, we refused it and ask for another one. The second one was a bit better but still not perfectly cleaned, no bath towel, no toilet paper etc... We asked to see the manager who upgraded us to a new room.
We have to say that the staff made a lot of efforts to keep us satisfied the problem is that they haven't been properly trained in hospitality and to deal with customers, we can't blame them.
To welcome international customers this hotel needs to be completely restructured, cleaned, maintained (a lot of broken things need to be repaired) and the staff should be trained in hospitality and also in English.

Helaas maar geen aanbeveling.
L.s. Of koude melk.
