"I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station.
All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay.
1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels.
2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...
