Friendly staff and an unbeatable location, the hotel sits directly under Pakuwon Mall, so shopping and food are right at your doorstep. Room maintenance could be improved though, the toilet blind couldn't be lowered, which is a bit awkward given the open toilet concept. Overall still a solid stay and deserves a thumbs up!

Westin Surabaya is one of the best five star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is spacious, modern luxury and clean. The bathroom is awesome. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fabulous with wide range of menu. Definitely will come again.
