On the second day of my stay, I left my electric toothbrush head in the bathroom, then it was lost after cleaning. On the third day, our toothpaste was gone, and no replacements were given, so we had to go to the convenience store to buy one. In the end, we turned on Do Not Disturb; we dnt want to lose anything. location very good, plenty awesome kopi nearby.

I love the excellent services provided by the staff at the hotel. They are very approachable and sincere, which made my stay super pleasant. I would like to thank the front desk and the Koffee staff esp. Farrel, Yusuf and Shinta for the great service when I needed a birthday surprise for my travel mate and they did the birthday wish choc for me (yummy too). Thank you very much for the housekeeping staff too as I left the tips on the table but the staff didn’t take. I am indeed blessed and heartened to see such honest and sincere people at this hotel. Finally, I hope to return to Surabaya and stay at this hotel again. A BIG thank you to you all!

This is the place!

This place is impeccable!! I honestly didn’t leave the hotel much during my short stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is so professional and kind, the buffet style breakfast was great, and the gym facilities were really nice to have. There’s a shopping center walking distance and restaurants on the way. I would definitely stay here again!!

Right in the middle of Tunjungan. Nice breakfast. But the hotel needs to provide new sheets. The sheets aren’t clean because it is old and full of blotches from stain that could not be bleached any longer. Aside from the sheets, everything is good.

Always love staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya. Located in the nice neighborhood of Tunjungan street, it is very convenient to walk around. All the staffs are friendly, from the security greeting you at the gate at the lobby. Room ais lways nice with the best smell amenities that they have. One minus experience is just the TV signal is not really good, so it oftens lose signal in mid-streaming for 1-2 minutes and you can't nicely follow the story. But overall stay experience is really good and nice, will definitely come back again
