"I found 3 bugs in 15 minutes, one was a roach in the actual bed. Manager refused my refund after I checked out within 30 minutes of arriving due to room condition."

"For some reason prices skyrocketed to $214 for one night which included stained sheets, was told they are clean just stained, still asked for new sheets and they only replaced one. Under the bed had dirt and the microwave did not work. Room felt sticky even with the AC full blast and one of the locks was taped over so we could not use. Not worth $214 for one night"

"I liked the friendly and accomidating staff. They were real people who were genuinely relatable and caring toward me. I also appreciated the remodeled and spacious rooms. The quality first class mattress gave me an exceptional sleeping experience for all 3 nights. This is not a 5 star hotel but I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS as an excellent place to stay for an affordable price."

"Booking platforms promised a standard stay; the reality was completely substandard. The property grounds are highly unkept. Outside, overflowing bins of exposed waste sit directly under the lights, creating a massive breeding ground for pests. Inside the room, flies buzz constantly behind the thin curtains, while the common hallways are cluttered with massive piles of dirty, unwashed laundry and stray office chairs.
