I had an awesome experience during my stay! The hotel was clean, smelled fresh, and had a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was decent with a good variety of options, and the staff were professional and accommodating. The location was also very convenient, especially being close to Katy Mills Mall. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again!

Room was very rigged. The bathroom was disgusting. Shower had mold, toilet handle was literally hanging off, hair everywhere. In the room there was water bubbles above the bed and my pillows smelled like mildew. The front desk staff was nice.

Breakfast was not good, if you’re staying here expecting edible warm food go to a different place. They put the same food out multiple days in a row, reheat old crap. Ive stayed at many hotels this place is a 1/10 for breakfast. I was staying 2 nights and they cleaned my room like a check out and threw out stuff. Bed and room cleanliness was good. Room door kept failing and not working. Overall 3/10 at best.

I really how the hotel was situated close to I-10 but set back about 2 blocks from the freeway so there was some separation from its intense noise and activity. I also liked the clean feeling throughout, However, I don't like walking on vinyl flooring which is what was in my room, especially when there's no rug next to the bed to wipe you feet on before you hop into it. The breakfast was modest and they charge you, like a restaurant, if you want to take any food to your room. I wanted to do that because I needed to eat my breakfast after the time they closed it. They had some charming, out-of-the-way spaces in the lobby to chat with your friends or read. I liked the view out my room, a big green field with no buildings around. The AC worked too well and I needed to turn it off completely so I didn't get too cold.
