"Overall property was great, friendly staff, beautiful location, stroller accessibility was okay to the rooms, but to the pool and beach area was a bit of walk with only about 2 entries so you had to walk around the whole property. "Complimentary" breakfast options left a lot to be desired, 18/person/day for limited options at the nearest cafe, breakfast burrito the size of a small soda can, egg bites, a quiche, or a egg biscuit, with juice, drip coffee, or tea. Would have been better off just buying any of the regular options at the cafe or going elsewhere for breakfast. Otherwise, food was a little pricey, but to be expected for a resort, with some decent pricing to be found. Ocean Tower was quite the walk from self parking, taking roughly 15 minutes from car to room. We got lucky and were able to see the Big Dipper from our balcony. "

"Lovely property with nice amenities. My wife was stuck in an elevator. No one responded to her pressing the alarms in the elevator, nor did anyone respond to her calls on the elevator phone for at least 10 minutes. She called me on her cell phone and I walked to the front desk to report the issue. Only then was there a response. The maintenance person who responded was not very polite - his comment to my wife was that she should "calm down." We were surprised that no one from management followed up with us. A plate of fruit was delivered to our room - as we were checking out."
