"The property is expansive. That might be great, but the time can be a looong way from the lobby. They run a tram, but in a dozen trips from my room through the lobby to the parking lot (a 10+ minute walk at a fast pace), I saw the tram run twice, and it was full both times. Oh, and it was slower than walking.
The rooms were fine. The staff was friendly, but the concierge did seem a bit tired of people. My check-in was late, and despite that, they forgot to notify me when my room was ready. "

"The property was clean and comfortable, very serene and quiet area with beautiful views. The host were readily available for anything we needed yet we’re not intrusive to our relaxation. The area does not have much choices for food or shopping as most stores are closed for most of the day but in 15 minutes you’re in Waimea where you can find anything come prepared to relax and enjoy peacefulness."
