"This is a convenient, clean and safe spot that is just across the street from Loyola University (itself a lovely park-like campus to walk around in and enjoy its lakeside location). The staff is great and there is a Chipotle across the small street that the hotel is on -- they also have a nice free breakfast buffet every morning, fresh fruit and coffee around the clock and a small "mini mart" right next to the check-in desk. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the location is only a short walk (a short block) from the Loyola El station. Could not be more convenient!"

"Parking was great - staff was EXTREMELY helpful. I was by myself and they saw that i was struggling and without a second, helped me carry my bags to my car. Really appreciate the generous hospitality. "

"The house is really lovely, and it’s been thoughtfully and pleasantly decorated. The ceilings are high, which is a bonus. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped (an ice cream scoop would be a nice addition). The ice maker was off on our arrival, but it started producing ice a few hours after we turned it on.The neighborhood is very nice, and it was looking fine, with flowering trees and lilacs coming into bloom during our late-April visit. Many lush hostas have been planted in the sidewalk verge, and the lush lawn announces the care that goes into the maintenance of the property.No street noise filters into the house. However, we were aware of the upstairs neighbors trooping up and down the back stairs and walking around during the evenings. Overall, staying here was an excellent experience.Note: We didn’t have the need or opportunity to communicate with the hosts, but there’s no “NA” option in the rating system."

"They require a large cash or Venmo deposit which is shady. Took them 2 weeks to send it back minus 15$ to which I got no response to why. Communication sucks and they gave me the wrong room. No apology no adjustment. Nothing."

"Great, quiet apartment with three comfortable rooms. Great for a weekend, close to numerous restaurants on Clark within an easy walking distance. Parking was pretty crowded but we were able to find a spot on Winona Rd within a couple of blocks all weekend. Check-in was easy and exactly as described. We'll definitely consider this again next time we are in Chicago!"

"We had a great visit to Chicago with this being our first time staying in Wrigleyville. The space was lovely, very clean, comfortable and the check in process was well explained and easy. We loved the location. Not only was it convenient for our plans but the neighborhood was very nice, walkable to restaurants, etc. Paid parking options were plentiful, conveniently located, with normal cost for Chicago. Would definitely stay again!"
