"The unit needed to be cleaned a lot better (the floors are still dirty and dusty in some areas). The beds need under-blankets, as both beds had stains, and a quilt cover, not just the quilt, should be used. The hallway must have some air freshener, as it constantly smells. Overall, the property and location are perfect. It's just this unit. "
