"The hotel had too many guests and not enough space. I had to queue for 30 minutes just to get into breakfast, then queue again to get food. It was a public holiday, so I expected it to be busy, but it should have been managed much better by the hotel. No USB charging points in the room and no international adapter plug, which is usually available. Disappointed, as I have had very good experiences in other Comfort Hotels around Japan."

"Fantastic location in Yokohama. Hotel situated on the 20th floor of an office complex and extending for 9 floors. Panoramic windows with panoramic views. Close access to subway. This is a foodie area and every eatery was delicious. The rooms are well proportioned and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Cool vibe. Yokohama is so clean and far less congested then downtown Tokyo. Right by the ocean and access to the waterfront and many interesting cultural activities. Definitely a place to stay."

"Great. The room was modern, clean and comfortable and the staff were fantastic. There's no drawers or cupboards for clothes but there are coat hangers. It's a good central area with easy access to things like Yamashita park and Cosmo World, and only about 8 minutes walk to the nearest station if you want to go further. Overall very happy, thank you for a great stay. "

"Great location by the Sakuragicho Train Station and Yokohama Bay. Lots of eatery options. Check-in time lobby was crowded but check in went fast. Wish the hotel offered an iron for guest use. Overall Excellent Hotel and Hotel Staff."
