"Breakfast was good, a decent amount of options although the items were the exact same both days. The hotel room was spacious, bathroom was decent sized, lots of storage. As others have mentioned, the room decor is dated and there are not enough plus in the room."

"The property was close to transportation and the activities around Yokohama! About 15 min walk to the Red Brick House or Chinatown! The room was clean and great design where the output of air don’t hit one on the face during sleep is a plus. Break buffet looks great but we didn’t have time to try"

"Overall, my stay went pretty well. The staff was very accommodating, and they always have at least one English-speaking staff member present. The room was generally clean. There were a couple of stains present on the carpet, but my room was spotless besides that. One thing that I disliked was the fact that bath clothes weren't already present in the room. Instead, they're sold at the amenities station, albeit at a low cost. I didn't try their breakfast, but it did smell pretty good."

"Our family of 4 stayed in two rooms here and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to a Metro stop and the Ōsanbashi Cruise ship terminal (our main reason for staying here). The rooms were clean and well maintained and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of western and traditional Japanese options. The hotel offers complimentary drinks (non alcoholic) and light snacks in the afternoon into the evening- which was a nice gesture."

"The staff is extremely helpful and accomodating! My family and I stayed for a few nights in two separate but adjacent rooms. There are lots of restaurant to choose from along the main road. M son forgot something in the room and when we contacted the hotel, they were quick to resolve the problem."

"We stayed here due to its proximity to Chinatown and the cruise port. Oh yes and the free breakfast. About the breakfast, this was a traditional home cooked Japanese breakfast and surprising very nice! I noticed that most of the people staying were locals during the Golden week. Adequately sized rooms…we have no complaints and extreme friendly staff."

"The area is quiet with many eateries. 10mins walk to the nearest station and it it close to Chinatown. The room is clean, staff are very friendly. Breakfast is simple but good. Love the miso soup."
