The hotel was beautiful and the room were clean and well kept. The staff was amazing and helpful in guiding us around Tokyo. Their recommendations for traveling and guided tours was commendable. We did not partake in the breakfast, spa or gym so no comments but I’m sure they would have been excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel even though it is outside of Tokyo - far less people and very quiet.

I had an amazing stay at the Westin with me and my wife. We got the couples massage at the spa, we used room service, we tried the bar as well, there is also a cart on the first floor every morning with coffee and baked goods. The staff was incredibly helpful, we had a small emergency and the staff was incredibly responsive and assisted us in every way they could. The location of the hotel is also perfect, if you want to shop. I could not recommend this hotel any more.

The room service, amenities and overall service were excellent, and there was so much to enjoy about our stay. We would happily have given the hotel 10/10, but the noise from the nearby train line and road regularly disturbed our sleep. For a newly built hotel, we were surprised that the sound insulation wasn’t more effective. Better soundproofing, including measures such as triple-glazed windows, would make a real difference to guests’ comfort. An otherwise excellent stay, let down by the noise and its impact on a restful night’s sleep.

The hotel had a great location, walking distance from the Minato Mirai tourist area. Like everywhere in Japan, the hotel is neat and clean and the staff gives excellent customer service. We had a corner room with a great view of the city. I would definitely stay there again.

Great property in a great location. Only thing is that you have to pay to access amenities, like the pool. It was an additional $30 per person to access the pool.
