My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights before taking a cruise. For us, the best thing about this hotel was how close it was to both the Nihon-Odori train station and the Osanbashi cruise terminal. It was also located on a side street, so there was no traffic noise. Would happily stay there again.

JAL City Kannai is a nice hotel with a very good breakfast. Premium location close to Yamashita park, China Town, baseball stadium, train station, bus routes, shopping street. Bad: hard bed and pillow, slightly showing its age, but overall quite good.

The Customer service was stellar. We had left items at a previous hotel, and the JALCity Kannai Yokohama staff helped us to communicate with that hotel, and in the end, we got our items back. The Location is convenient for exploring Yokohama Chinatown.
