Older property but pretty well maintained. The rooms were comfortable with a soaking tub that seemed deeper yet smaller than some of the other hotels I had stayed at in Japan. Breakfast was good. Overall a relaxing stay and I would come again.

Yokohama Solo Adventure

It was my first time in Yokohama and I was so impressed with this hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was great and the location was close to Cosmo world and many of the nearby attractions. It was just a short walk to the Yokohama Air Cabins and ferris wheel and access to the subway was just around the corner. I was able to do a lot of site-seeing despite only being in the area for one day.

立地が良かったです。安く泊まれたので良かったです。 部屋も浴室も狭かったです。 髪を染めて間もなく、ホテルの浴室で髪を洗った際、浴槽に染色剤を含む水滴が飛び散ったのに気づかず、浴槽などに染色剤が残ってしまいました。掃除用具を借りて落とした後、落とし切れないのは掃除の方に落として頂きました。お手数をお掛けしました。 喫煙室で部屋に入るとタバコの臭いがしました。ずっと空気清浄機をつけていました。帰宅して服からタバコ臭がしました。今まで喫煙可の部屋にはとまったことがありますが、かなり強力にタバコ臭が染み付いていると感じました。次回泊まる時は喫煙室は避けます。

スタッフは丁寧な対応でした。 11階は避けた方がよろしいかと思います。予備校の寮（想像）の部屋かと思いました。スタッフ用の部屋だったのじゃないかしら？電気関係のコード、後から無理やりつけたみたいなこと扱い然り、 また水圧弱く、シャワー、ウォシュレット、頼りなかったです。
