My condo, situated in the heart of town, offers a serene ocean view and cool breezes. With a full kitchen at your disposal, you can cook up fresh finds from the nearby farmers market or enjoy sunsets on the west-facing Lanai.

Partial Ocean View Condo in Center of Kailua Kona

My airconditioned condo is located a block from the Ocean and gets cool ocean breezes during the day and has a great Ocean View.

It is located in the center of town and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a farmers market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

The Lanai faces west so you can enjoy the sunsets every evening.

If you want to stay in we have a full kitchen including a fridge, oven, cook top, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and even a rice cooker.

There is a 3 guest maximum in my property, We have a king sized bed in the Bedroom and a 12 inch inflatable twin bed (it is actually quite comfortable).

This condo isn't fancy, but it is clean and nice and located within walking distance of EVERYTHING. We had a nice partial view of the ocean and enjoyed walking to the beach every day of our stay. Our interactions with the owner were easy and uncomplicated. It was a great value.

The host was very communicative and provided detailed instructions. There was some confusion in the check-in process when we were unable to get into our room. The host stopped by and was able to resolve the situation to our satisfaction. The property is clean and very well located and we were able to prepare meals easily. Onsite laundry facilities were easy to use worked well. Excellent stay overall and highly recommended.

A wonderful home away from home!

Laury was super communicative, and their apartment is centrally located (walking distance to the shops around town) with a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment is fully equipped with beach, kitchen, and entertainment stuff - you name it. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Great little beach condo

The property is clean, tidy, and has a great location. Nice amenities and a fair price for the quality of accommodations. Close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to many bars and eateries. Assigned parking was a great asset for this place. Easy check in and straightforward instructions.

The check in and instructions were clear and easy, and Laury (owner) was very nice and quickly responsive to my messages. The place is super close to all kinds of shops and restaurants, good area to take a stroll and look around. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, and more. I was only there 3 days, but it was a good stay. There was plenty of beach gear (which I did use) but you need to search and drive a bit for sand beach. Very pleasant to be near ocean, either way.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The view was pretty good, exactly what the manager said was a partial view of the water. Coffee on the Lani every morning was very relaxing and pleasant.

Location is excellent in downtown Kailua-Kona

Location of the condo makes it very convenient to get to all the places in the area including restaurants. You also get a great view each night of the sun setting.

Perfect for us!

We had a great experience staying here. The bed was very comfortable, and it made us feel like we were at home. Very quiet property, we never heard neighbors above, under or, beside us. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay with Laury. Instructions were great, check in easy. Condo was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. There were a couple of small coolers and some beach gear that we borrowed. No complaints, great little place to spend a few days. Would stay here again!

Very nice, homey property. The best that I’ve encountered for kitchen usage. A light throw on the couch was a “warm” touch. Useful extras. Great location.

Clean and comfortable in a great spot from which to explore.

The property is clean, has a good layout, the community seems to be very quiet. There is a great view of the beach from the balcony with a near constant breeze through the windows. The bed is very comfortable.

Great! Location and partial view

The the partial view of the ocean was wonderful and we were able to walk a block to the farmer's market every day to get our food and all of the attractions in downtown Kona. It's very comfortable and had everything we needed clean and they even let us in a little early.
