Located just south of Royal Kona Resort, fantastic dining at Huggo's or Don Beachcomber's is a two-minute walk away and other restaurants are just a fun stroll away. The white sand of Honl's Beach is less than a quarter-mile south and the Kona Farmer's Market half a mile north.

The complex offers an elevator that provides convenient access for all. On the ocean side, you'll find a heated saltwater swimming pool and a grill on the south end of the complex. There are laundry machines available on each level.
