Newly renovated comfortable condo on ground level with garden view. Access to two pools, man made beach and bbq dining area fronting the ocean and sunsets. 920 sq ft of space, this unit has a separate entry to bathroom for guest. Wheel chair accessible unit. Large walk in shower, king bed and queen Murphy bed. In room Laundry, A/C, patio, 55” tv, internet, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, garden view, two pools-1salt water 1 fresh water. Non smoking unit. There is a 3 night minimum

Perfection in paradise!

Fantastic location. Being so close to the ocean with two pools and a fully stocked kitchen meant we never had to leave. Would stay here again, for sure.

Kona Family Vacation

The condo, and complex, are amazing. The salt water pool with a beach and ocean view was spectacular. The condo was thenperfect size for a family of four, and we will stay here again.

Great place

The two pools are very nice. I like this place better than the resorts. Parking is a tiny bit tight, but well worth being away from the crowds. A/C, refrigerator, and washer/dryer all worked very well. Beds and sofa were very comfortable.

Nice condo at nice location

Comfortable and spacious condo. Salt water pool was a nice feature. Also enjoyed the common area with grills and tables for enjoyable sunset dinners.

Clean, comfy, spacious!

Really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Easy walk out (no stairs!) to the pools, patio, and sunset. Large living room with Murphy Bed is a plus, and the walk in shower was perfect at the end of the day. Ronnie was great to work with - would love to stay here again!

Great Place to Relax and Explore the West Coast from

We had a great couple of days in this appartment, which was even slightly more spacious than we thought it would be judging from the pictures. We and our kids really enjoyed the complex with its 2 pools and the BBQ area near the ocean. It was the perfect base for us to relax and also to explore some beaches and sights on the west coast of Big Island. The host was very responsive and we had a fantastic time there, would love to come back to this place some time in the future.

Awesome Spot

This is a terrific place to stay, close to shopping, restaurants and beaches, but without crowds and noise. The design of the complex creates its own quiet, private space. Just walk out your door to two great pools, a lovely barbecue and meal area, and the sound of the waves lapping against the sea wall. Nice!

The location and condition of the unit was great! Ronny was kind and communicative, even checking in with us when the nearby airport had an issue. I would stay at their other properties.

Nice but could be Improved

Great safe, older resort in wonderful condition for the age. No beach but right on the ocean. Clientel mostly seniors, and gather at the bbq area to watch the sunsets, making it easy to meet others. Unit was fairly clean but could use a few improvements.

Perfect Alii Condo

We stayed for two weeks in September. This is a perfect little condo on Alii Drive. Probably our favorite complex to stay at a wonderful saltwater pool, a Beach area on shore and chlorine pool. Terrific barbecues overlooking the ocean and friendly people. The condo was great, a comfortable bed and a Murphy bed in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Well laid out apartment. 2 friends can effectively have their own space. Kitchen with all the items you need. The apartment is cool enough without AC, but had this also. Responsive manager. Great ocean pool and Bbq area. I would stay here again

Amazing stay

Our stay at Ronny’s place surpassed my expectations! The grounds of the condo were immaculate and quiet. The condo was cozy and we really felt at home. And he was a wonderful host. Quick to respond and great communication. The location of the condo was in a wonderful area close to everything and ocean front so we got to enjoy nightly sunsets that were breathtaking.

Exactly what we were looking for

The condo met and exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful and we really enjoyed being right on the coast with the great salt water pool to take a dip in. All the amenities were working and as described. We utilized the grill most nights and was great cooking while looking over the ocean. Same for everything in the condo. appliances and everything all functioned well. The bed was perfect, super comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with a great shower.

Wonderful Location!

As a solo traveler, safety is really important. Second is beauty of the location. Both were fulfilled and then some! Gorgeous private beach with chairs to watch the ocean in the morning. The kitchen had enough dishes and pots/pans to allow for cooking. And, parking felt safe even late into the evening. (Because it's on the first floor, you can hear people walking upstairs, but it was minimal noise and always quiet by 10am for the rare moments that I was even in the condo.)
