This recently updated, 2 bed/2bath penthouse has everything that you’d need for a perfect get away. Enjoy top floor view and privacy without having to navigate stairs – this complex has elevator service. Keyless entry means no more worries of losing keys going out to the beach. Other in unit conveniences include Wi-Fi connection, cable TV, bluetooth speaker, air conditioning in living area and in unit washer/dryer.

A beautiful ocean view and very comfortable condo. The elevator was a lifesaver and the kitchen with large refrigerator was very convenient. The church nearby is loud on Sunday mornings at 7, auwe, but the condo is fantastic. Great location and parking. We loved the air conditioning and outdoor lanai. The owner is very responsive. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Family Get-A-Way in Paradise

Great condo with spectacular ocean views. Condo was clean and well furnished. The family enjoyed our 10 days in paradise. It was relaxing waking up to the sound of gentle waves crashing onto the lava rocks. Evening sunsets were gorgeous.

Very nice property. Host was very kind and let us check in a bit early. Love having the bedroom next to the crashing waves. A little far from the elevator being on the forth floor. Might think about putting a little shampoo bottle in the bathrooms.

The condo itself was great. Renovations really were nice. The whole complex however was pretty dated and could use a refresh. Views from balcony were stellar and main reason we rented here. Owner was great to respond and very helpful.

What a perfect way to spend a vacation. We slept with the door open to the balcony and slept to the sound of the ocean. The condo was clean, comfortable and in a great location.

Mother Daughter trip

We had a wonderful time together. We watched sunrises and sunsets daily as we prepared to go on excursions. The big island has so much to offer and it was truly a wonderful experience. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of four.

Beautiful ocean view

The location was ideal for us, and was a beautiful view! We had a great stay, the property was clean, well organized and the check in was easy. Pool looked clean and refreshing, although we did not have an opportunity to utilize it. Our only want, a bit more of a selection of pots/ skillets, and cooking utensils… but everyone is different. We would definitely recommend and would visit again if our travels bring us back to the area.

Beautiful waterfront condo

Fantastic views with a nice lava cove plus some sandy beach. The best of both with seeing turtles and tropical fish. Great view of the sunset and moonset. The best part is the view from the living room and master bed is of the ocean! Awesome!

Perfect View

We loved our stay here!! The whole place is perfect but the balcony views were a 10/10. We had our breakfast out there, enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, and fish/turtle watching. The main room was also another favorite because we slept with the balcony glass door open and we were able to hear the crashing waves which was so nice to sleep to. Overall we had an amazing time :)

Great Honeymoon Stay

Carolyn's place was fantastic! My husbad and I stayed at her condo for a few nights and were very impressed with the location, amenities, and the cleanliness of the space. Don't forget about the views! It was so enjoyable grabbing a cup of coffee in the morning and sitting out on the balcony. We even saw a turtle one morning. We highly recommend Carolyn's place and will most definitely be staying there again when we come back!

Beautiful view - holiday inn vibes

The view was phenomenal! The pics are accurate but the they don’t show that it was pretty dirty and dated. From the elevator in the the middle of the property the condo is about a football field away so be prepared to walk. The elevator was broken one day and closed for repairs, we had a mobility challenged person who had to navigate stairs. Overall the interior of unit was one level below a holiday Inn. Needs professional paint & clean including walls and baseboards and door handles and light switches and fixtures, and a place to put luggage ( like a luggage rack). Again the view was amazing!

The real deal

This condo was the real deal. The view was amazing and gave you a sense of solitude while still being very close to several towns. Everything was just as pictured and advertised. The included parking was convenient and easily accessible. There is a very nice binder of information on many restaurants, bars and activities in the room. The hosts were responsive and kind. 5 stars.

The location of the property was amazing! The set up of the unit was very nice however, the one ac unit did not serve the entire unit at all. It was super hot even in the main bedroom which the ac unit was nearest. The second bedroom never cooled off the entire stay which was very disappointing when trying to sleep.

Wonderful stay in Kilauea-Kona

We were very pleased with this unit! Clean, well kept, comfortable and well located. The 4th floor balcony and west-facing wall of windows allowed spectacular viewing of the most amazing sunsets! Bring a sleep mask, though, because the curtains are sheer. The A/C unit in the main living area worked very well to cool the master bedroom/bath, living, dining and kitchen areas. We didn't need the front bedroom, but took note that it was not cooled as well and would require fans to be comfortable. Wear your polarized sunglasses and you will be entertained by the tropical fish swimming in the water below! We would without hesitation stay in this unit again.

The condo is in a great location. Close to the town of Kailua-Kona. The condo is right on the ocean. You look out from the balcony and the ocean right below. The condo looks out to the west so you get beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The condo is quite spacious with two bedrooms and two baths. Nice living, dining and kitchen area. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The condo is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator but it’s a good walk to the unit from the elevator. If you have mobility issues it could be too far of a walk. There is ample covered parking which was great. Aspects of the condo interior is well worn (couch, furniture) There was a problem with ants but I think the exterminators were due right after we left. I would stay there again.

Big Island

FIrst, the things we loved about the property. You could not get any closer to the ocean. The lanai had a straight on view with beautiful sunsets and a small beach. The condo was very clean, and the mini split A/C was very much appreciated as it was unusually hot and humid. The beds were comfortable, and the fans helped keep us cool. Despite some of the comments below, I would probably stay there again. Location was a plus. There was one elevator that went to the 4th floor, which was helpful. They were having a bee problem about half way to our room. We had to do a lot of duck and cover at that area.The building was a bit dated and the condo could have used a fresh coat of paint. If you want to spend any time on the lanai to enjoy the view you will have to turn off the air as the A/C unit outflow will blow very hot air on you. (This was a minor problem: As long as the mini split was turned off when we were out there.) The photos made the place look a bit larger than it actually was. The couch could use an update also. The view was worth the price. Could have done without the bees, but that is not the owners fault. All and all it was a nice place to stay.

Wonderful Ocean Front Unit

The listing was very accurate. We really enjoyed the unit. The period we were there had high temp and humidity. The combination of the A/C and fans cooled the unit down, even after we had been out (we turned the A/C off when we went out). Please note we did not use the 2nd bedroom. The view is outstanding. Nothing between you and the ocean. The lanai is huge (I figure it's 8 feet deep and 22 feet wide). It gives lots of area to sit. We spent a lot of time out there with coffee, a book or just watching the waves and sea turtles in the reef and cove. The unit was very private. We didn't hear anyone around us, even though they were there. During the day you did get some road noise but I didn't notice it while sleeping. The unit was very clean. The flooring is good on the feet and the lack of carpet helps. Kitchen is well laid out and has all the equipment you could use. The location worked well for us. Two or three small beach areas on the property (the one in front of the unit is great when the tide is coming in). 15 minute walk to Magic Sands beach and 10 minute drive to an even bigger beach. 20 minutes from the airport and 5-10 minutes to old town Kona. The unit has a keyless entry which was very appreciated. The building has a pool which we didn't use. We did use the onsite "Da Poke Hut". Very fresh.

This condo was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with a top-floor ocean view. The lanai is huge and spans the entire condo; the photos don’t do it justice. We loved leaving the doors open at night to fall asleep to the sound of the waves and enjoyed unforgettable sunsets from the patio loungers.Inside, everything was clean and welcoming. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us plenty of space, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Parking was easy and close to the stairs, and the short drive to downtown made it a great base for exploring Kona.The host was fantastic, clear instructions and quick responses to any questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great ocean view and sounds of the surf!

Had a very nice stay here near Kona. Unit was nice and clean. Everything we needed (although seemed somewhat odd not to have any shampoo or bar soap). Used the beach and snorkel gear which was nice to have.
