This newly decorated and fully furnished 6th floor condo is in one of the best locations in Kona! It is bright and warm with tropical furnishings plus everything you need for the perfect vacation.
Located in the heart of downtown Kona, you will have a gorgeous 180 degree view of Kailua-Kona town, Kailua Bay, the Pacific Ocean plus the West Hawaii sunset with the possibility of a “green flash” every night!
Kailua Village is a well-designed and immaculately maintained property in one of the best locations in Kona.
You will see ocean views from the living room and the bedroom plus you will see the sunrise over the mountains from the kitchen every morning.
Enjoy cool ocean breezes lulling you to sleep at night plus ceiling fans are located in the living room, bedroom, and on the lanai. The unit is also air conditioned for your comfort, day or night.
You are only one block from the ocean and all of the best restaurants, bars, art galleries, jewelry stores and other shops, plus entertainment. That includes an all-inclusive luau with authentic Hawaiian show, food, and drink, all at the water’s edge just two blocks away!
When you choose to stay in, this gem of a kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker for your fresh Kona coffee, blender, all other small appliances, and essentials. The farmer’s market is just around the corner for you to buy fresh produce and other Hawaiian treats.
The unit has been freshly decorated throughout in the true spirit of Hawaii with new plank flooring, new bamboo cabinets, new granite countertops, new tropical furniture inside and out, a new flat screen TV, a new king size bed, new towels and linens, and all other new bath accessories.

There are two elevators for your convenience and laundry facilities are located on the first floor.
You will have assigned parking and have access to the pool and barbecue grill.
If would like to save the rental car charges and not pay high gas prices, you are just a short walk to Kailua village or you can have my private driver take you wherever you want to go on the island. Just set up the day and time and I will arrange it, from the airport to Kailua Village and beyond!
Stay active with boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, boogie boarding, parasailing, deep sea fishing, hiking, and golfing or just relax and lounge on the lanai, at the pool, or on the beach. Your options are endless in Kona!

Wonderful stay! The condo was well stocked with everything it was so nicely decorated ! Very Clean and the View was Fantastic! We would definitely stay again!!!
The location was excellent, the condo was well appointed, beautiful, and enjoyable. It has everything we wanted. It was clean, and easy to figure out. Vicky is an amazing host; she responded quickly to questions. Really, for us, it hit the mark!
We had a lovely stay in Vicky's condo. Beautiful sunsets, walkable to many restaurants. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We visited the farmer's market several times during our stay. For those that are Elk's members the Kona lodge is right across the street. Mahalo Vicky.
The condo was very clean with all new and updated appliances, floors, furniture. I appreciated that they had the little things available - like garbage bag for trash and dish soap - so I didn't have to buy all that just to use once or twice. The location was the best - you are right next to Alii drive where there are so many restaurants, shopping, and great views of the waterline coast. I would definitely stay here again when I visit.
My mother and I visited the Big Island for the 4th of July holiday and week afterwards. The condo, we stayed in was beautifully decorated with a tropical theme! We also had the best views of the ocean, the parade and the fireworks display from the balcony! Our host, Vicky was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure the condo was well stocked with plates, silverware, small appliances and other supplies. We will definitely stay in the condo # 603 again when we visit the area and highly recommend it!
This unit was perfect for us. Well stocked kitchen. Great view. As presented in the photos. Private cause you're on a higher floor. Laundry, though not in the unit was secure, clean, and easy to get to. Location was central, a block from the market, waterfront and main drag so easy to walk to. We would definitely come back.
Nice unit in a great location - close to restaurants and shops along Ali'i drive and farmers market. View from the lanai was lovely. Grocery stores and Walmart are close as well. There was some road noise from the highway and Ali'i drive, but that's the trade off for the great location and things typically quieted down in the evening. Be sure to bring your own coffee if you're a coffee drinker.
