Beautiful condo just steps from shops, restaurants, Kona Pier and a sandy beach with calm waters that is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing. Roof top deck overlooks the starting line for Ironman, has impressive views of the bay and is the perfect location to view for local parades.
A large screened in lanai has relaxing views of the historic 200 year old Mokuaikaua church. The seating area includes the perfect place to unwind after a long day of swimming and exploring. The lanai also has a full size pull out sofa bed for those that would enjoy sleeping outside.
The two roof top decks are just a short one minute walk from the condo. They offer a perfect place to drink your coffee and enjoy the ocean view, barbecue or read a book. They have two gas barbecues(one on each deck,) lounge chairs and tables with chairs. The deck on third level also has a lending library, perfect for anyone who needs a new book to read.
The home boasts a new king size bed (purchased August 2023,) new appliances and updated furnishings and decor. Enjoy the large master bedroom with 50 inch tv, ceiling fan and large closet. The living has a full size pull out sofa bed, large ceiling fan and another 50 inch tv. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, including a kuerig coffee maker for single cups of coffee and a traditional coffee pot. A new A/C unit was installed in the living area of the home in June 2024. The unit is a larger unit that quickly cools the home. The air does travel back to the bedroom area, but an A/C unit has not been installed in the bedroom at this time. There are several fans available to assist in pushing the A/C to the bedroom area and does provide some cooling. Overall the home stays very cool with the A/C unit on. There is also a nice breeze from the bay, especially in the evening that cools down the home. You can open the double sliding glass doors in the living area and enjoy the nice breeze and fresh air.
The home is fully stocked with towels, linens, blankets, and beach towels. Two beach chairs, umbrella, collapsible wagon and a small cooler. Tupperware is provided so you are able to make the perfect picnic lunch on the beach. There is also a queen size blow up air mattress available, perfect for parents who want their littles ones in the master bedroom with them or for the teenager who wants their own bed.
Condo is located on the third floor, just steps from the elevator. The quiet location offers ease of the amenities in the complex, including pool, two roof decks, and parking for one vehicle.
The location is amazing!
Coffee shop, cafe, and bike rental just downstairs. A few minute walk to the Kona Farmers Market (open daily,) restaurants including Pancho and Lefty’s Mexican cuisine, Canoes, Papa Kona’s ( the perfect place to sit in the morning and get a view of the dolphins in the bay,) Fish Hoppers and many more. Lots of shops to visit for the perfect gift or to pick up essentials.

It was so nice to stay in the unit. We could go a couple blocks to eat & shop. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai to have a cold beverage. We would stay here again.
Great location! The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t very clean but we made do. Kitchen was more than adequate. Lots of supplies in the kitchen which was very nice. We will come again. Mahalo!
Well stocked in every way! Linens, kitchen, food, beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon, boogie boards, toys. The lanai was perfect for sleeping and lounging in the nice quiet neighborhood. You can’t find a better location in Kona: it’s a short walk to the beach, good restaurants and shopping. We will be back!!
Absolutely loved our stay in Kona. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Host was extremely attentive, accommodating and left us a cute bag of local Kona Coffee. Comfortable bed, great Lanai, quiet neighbourhood and building.
Nothing bad to say and will certainly stay here next time im on the Big Island.

The condo is in a good location, walking distance to everything. The property is well stocked and has anything you might need, including items to go play on the beach or have a picnic. Accessing the property was easy and the host communication was good. No issues. We had a lovely time and would rent this property again.
My husband and I stayed here for 4 days -the condo was in a great location and was well stocked with stuff for the beach. The bed was comfortable but it did get a bit hot and stuffy without AC….after a day we got more use to the heat. The roof top deck was great and my husband swam in the pool. It was nice to stay in a neighborhood and be able to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.
This property is located within walking distance of anything you might need. Also, the property is very well equipped for anything you might want to do; prepare a meal or take a lunch by the ocean. Having the washer and drier in the unit made our stay that much more convenient since we were diving and were able to clean and dry our diving clothes everyday. We had absolutely no issues with our stay.
We moved over to the condo after spending a week at our timeshare. The location is great. Lots of beach towels and bath towels. Kitchen is fully stocked. We did apricate all of the storage containers. We were able to park in the upper lot and not the underground. The air conditioning is great.
Also, the screened in Lani was nice in the early morning for breakfast. We would stay here again.
The location was fabulous! We could walk out of the condo and be to shops, bars come of restaurants, the waterfront within minutes. We had a rental car for day trips and excursions, but didn't need it in town at all. There is dedicated parking at the condo, which is a big plus! We had a great stay and would recommend this location to anyone!
Our only hangup was the unit number was not included in the check-in information. But everything else was very detailed and easy to follow. But we were able to call our host and get the answer easily. Excellent host!
The property owner, Holly, should have more contact with the site manager of the complex. There were numerous items listed in Vrbo about the condo that were not accurate. The A/C does not work; never did. Fortunately there are ceiling fans. The pool was closed for a month for repairs. Access code to the condo was not provided in the beginning. Access code to WiFi would not work. After two days we solved it ourselves. Router problem. All of these issues were frustrating. However, we contacted Holly who is very nice. We are professional people and know things are not always perfect in life and worked with Holly to selvage our vacation. The condo itself was very clean; nicely decorated; lovely lanai with view of historical church; a quick 5 min walk to water and main road along water; 10 min walk to local open market; 8 min drive to new Safeway or 20 min walk; parking in basement garage; the condo is located in older, charming part of Kailua-Kona. We would go back if A/C issues are solved & pool reopens. Again, Holly is a very nice person. She might want to stay a little more connected with what is happening in her building.
