Wonderful property!

Perfect location, close to everything but also quiet and peaceful. Loved watching the golfers and looking out at the ocean from the balcony. Only reasons I didn't give it a complete 5 stars were: air conditioning (yes there are 2 Mitsubishi units and they work great, but are located at one end of the unit (within 5 feet of each other), so the 2nd bedroom never really gets cool despite all the ceiling fans; and the upstairs unit had flooring construction going on for 4 out of our 7 day stay so was noisy all day long.

A very. I’ve property with awesome views

This is a beautifully renovated condo over looking the Kona Country Club and the ocean. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen as well as a day on the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishing comfortable and tasteful. We made sure to always turn off the a/c and fans/lights when we went out in order to conserve the expensive electricity. The pool and hot tub area was clean and ample. The location to town is a quick 5 minute drive and overall everything for groceries, dining, and activities all within 15 minutes or less. We’ll be back!!
