Lovely Updated Oceanfront Private Top Floor Condo Now with A/C!

Imagine - warm tropical climate, gentle sounds of waves washing ashore, palm trees swaying in the breeze, panoramic views, and the perfect accommodations - is there anyway else to experience Hawaii?

This two bedroom, two-bath condominium gives you all of that and more! Kitchen has gotten an updated look with new backsplash and guest bath now has a beautiful walk in shower! We now have a mini-split A/C system as well! (Single blower located in living room/master bedroom area. No separate blower in guest room, so not as cooled back there)
Located on the fourth floor and north-end of a four-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Watch world-class surfers ride the waves while dolphins frolic in their wake. Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close up view of the giant sea turtles that come up on shore to sun themselves! (No touching though!)

Always a pleasure to stay at one of Holly's properties at the ocean front Bali Kai. We love being there so much. All kinds of little things that make the stay special: towels, beach equipment, snorkel, beach umbrella, basics for kitchen clean up -- and well stocked kitchen -- even a rice cooker!

Super easy check in and check out. Great communication from Holly. Our daughter loved the tide pools and small beach. Great to have everything you needed already in the Condo. Very comfortable place to stay for a vacation.

Very comfortable property with everything we needed. Property was as described. We enjoyed the coffee treats! Our family enjoyed exploring the tide pools in front of the complex at low tide as well as sunset views from the balcony. Easy walk to Magic Sands Beach. Appreciated the parking under the complex. Area felt very safe. Lots of people waking, jogging, and biking along the road.

Delayed honeymoon trip

We had to delay our honeymoon due to Covid and so this is our honeymoon - retirement trip. Loved the deck and listening to the waves crashing. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Wish we were a little closer to town or food, but easy access to town and main road. Love the condo.

Holly was amazing to work with. She quickly reponded to every question we had along the way. The condo was beautiful. It truly was the most stocked VRBO we've stayed at. The location was far enough out of town for peace and quiet. Loved seeeing the dolphins swim by while sitting on the lanai.

Our family had an amazing experience. We truly enjoyed the accommodations and location. You can't beat sitting on the lanai watching the sunset. Condo was stocked with coffee and locally made soaps. The View!

The best part of our stay was the amazing view from the lanai. We spent hours there. The condo itself was well equipped with everything we needed. Holly was wonderful to work with and we really enjoyed our welcome treats. It was all about the view. Exactly what we came for.

What a View and Perfect Location!

Wonderful!

The property is amazing, situated overlooking the ocean where you can hear and see the surf all day and night. Everything you need is here including nice beach chairs, towels and I even found some sunscreen. Parking is very easy and you are close to some amazing snorkeling. You can watch the surfers at the south end of the building and sit under the big trees there. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing vacation

The stay at Holly’s was fantastic. We loved the condo, the location, the ocean view, everything. We left to go to HNL for a couple days and regret leaving this piece of paradise behind. The moonrise and sunsets, seeing Milky Way, the turtles in the bay, clouds over the mountains, etc. Holly had amenities to help us out (laundry detergent, mineral sunblock, shampoo, etc), and Holly was always very responsive. Would definitely stay there again and again!

Our trip was perfect!

The property was everything we dreamed of for our "chick trip". We thoroughly enjoyed the lanai overlooking the ocean waves and tide pools. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. and of high quality. The beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the beach gear. Holly was incredibly responsive when we had questions or issues. On a return to Kona I will definitely request this unit!
