Kona Pacific C520
The pros: •Great location with proximity to town. •ample cooking vessels, utensils and kitchen ware, towels and beach gear. •comfy bed. The cons: •no bathroom ventalation, no kitchen fans...smoke detector went off during cooking a few times. •poor instructions for parking, which is not close to elevators. •Not enough handicap parking. •kitchen layout does not allow more than 1 person in there at a time. •No towel rack in main bath. In addition, an airfryer could be a way to avoid activating the smoke detector. All in all, we had a fantastic time!

Comfortable place, nice design
The apt is well located in Kona, it is clean and nicely furnished (only one table tough). My boyfriend and I worked remotely from here for 3 weeks. The internet connection is fast and we had no problems doing multiple video calls contemporaneously. Occasionally, the WiFi would disconnect and we had to restart the router to regain access to internet. It is usually solved in about 10 minutes time, it happened a couple of times a week. Overall very nice and we would stay there again!

Nice unit with easy access to kailua Kona town area. Covered parking nice. Updated bathrooms.
Good location. Nice to have two bathrooms. Beautiful balcony to enjoy breakfast. We enjoy life music and dancing at Gertrude's a block away. John.
