Kona Reef Structural & Resurfacing Project 2026
Kona Reef will undergo major structural and resurfacing work from January 2026 through June 2026. This project is essential to address water damage, corrosion, and deferred maintenance, ensuring the long-term safety and value of the property.
The Rate for the affected time of Jan 2 - Feb 2 has been reduced 50% for this work.

What Guests Should Expect:
Construction Noise & Dust: Jackhammers, saws, and other equipment will be in use throughout the complex.
Lanai Access: Units will temporarily lose lanai access during their building’s spalling stage.
Parking: Parking will be restricted at various times as levels undergo repair; alternate parking areas will be designated.
Restricted Areas: For safety, access to active construction zones will be limited or denied.
Important Notes:
Work is scheduled Monday–Friday, with dates subject to change due to weather or unforeseen repairs.
Owners are responsible for informing renters of construction impacts, including noise, scaffolding, and parking limitations.
Updates will be provided regularly as the project progresses.
