We invite you to our home away from home at Kona Pacific Condominiums to enjoy our 829-square-foot, beautifully renovated unit. We are conveniently within walking distance to all the town favorites; shopping, restaurants, the pier, and your favorite coffee shop where you will find that a cup of Kona coffee will start every morning perfectly.
Our property offers a spectacular pool, barbecue area, and tropical gardens. We offer a master bedroom with a pillow-top King size bed and the living room accommodates additional sleeping for two with a comfortable pull-out queen sleeper. Both offer access to a large lanai where you can enjoy dining in a tropical setting and watching the sun set. Fully-equipped kitchen and two full baths make this your home away from home.
We provide most everything; linens, beach towels, beach chairs, complete kitchen, cook-out supplies so you can enjoy the barbecue area adjacent to the pool. Even an ice chest for your adventures out on the Big Island. Your vacation home offers an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, two Smart TV so that you can watch your favorite Prime, Netflix, Hulu and Apple TV .

Excellent location and the condo gave us plenty of space and amenities (washer/dryer/beach gear). Jim was also helpful with recommendations and support when needed. The A/C is very loud in the bedroom which made sleeping difficult.
This was my first VRBO experience, and I hope stays are always like this. The check in was easy, the condo was clean and attractive and the host responded quickly to e-mails.
My daughter and i had a great mom/daughter trip. The location was a 5 min walk off the main strip and it was perfect. Quiet at night but not far from the strip. The place was clean, well stocked. We would definitely return here!
This was the perfect place to stay for with my brother on our brother/ sister trip. With two separate sleeping areas ( one bedroom and one sofa bed in living area) plus two full baths we had plenty of room. And the location was a short walk to town, a beach, the pier; etc. our trip couldn't have been better and this VRBO condo was a big factor.
A very nice place to stay while in Kona, with literally all the comforts of home. It's equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay, so check before you shop.

Large well-acquainted and stocked 1 bedroom condo in town
Pleasantly surprised by the large one bedroom unit w/ AC unit, large living room w/ AC unit and large well-equipped kitchen. and a master bath and a second bath. Great to have a dedicated parking space in the garage under the building. We have traveled to the Big Island many times and I would definitely recommend this unit, especially for anyone that likes to stay in and cook and snorkel less than 10 minutes drive to Kahalu'u Beach, one of the best snorkeling places on the island.
We would have liked a way to oommunicate by email prior to leaving home as we were arriving very late. Other than that, our stay was excellent. The agent was most responsive to our needs. The condo is well equipped and spacious as well as quiet. We ate all our meals on the well furnished lanai. The pool area is attractive and well maintained. Parking is convenient. We liked the location close to restaurants and the water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We stayed 7 days. The place was large but yet quiet. The tv didn't work the 1st 2 nights when we contacted the mgr they gave is the cable company's name and phone number which seemed weird as well we had to sot and wait for the cable company the next day. Our other issue was the sliding glass door didn't open with ease. All in all we would stay here again.
One bathroom not very cleanHair and cobwebs in cornerMildew smell Toilet seat worn old spotted with stains Tubs look like they have never seen comet- very gross.Grout discolored/moldy Had to hold toilet handle for around ten seconds to get it to finish flushing. Lots of hard water spotting on tub handles and spoutsA few easy upgrades could go a long way here. No one wants to sit on a toilet seat that looks so old and discolored you can no longer get it clean.Other bathroom a little better but not much.Otherwise place was ok. Too many decorations for mePool was beautiful Location amazing

Had all cooking items needed to cook anything we had. Had utensils for the the bbq in the pool area. Very good location. Easy walk to everything on Ali’i drive. Well worth booking!
This is the fourth unit I’ve stayed at Kona Pacific Condos and each unit has had its challenges. I won’t go into detail as the issues were mostly minor, but I will say the owner and the onsite management were both communicative and expeditious in fixing the issues. We had a great vacation!
We had a car but the location was great. We could walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Property was very nice as described. Would definitely stay again.
