Loved this property! Clean and quiet with fab amenities! Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful sunsets from the pool and patio area. Great location with not being right downtown but not too far away from things either!
This was a great location for a stay in Kona. Just minutes away from great shops and restaurants. The unit does have AC in the living room but not in the bed room unlike some other units. The bedroom was a little warm in the early evening but did cool down over the night. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and make meals. The pool was great and very relaxing. Parking was easy and very accessible. I would stay here again!
Lovely 2 bedroom condo. Clean and quiet, well located within the complex. Had a wonderful time at the property. Had to contact the property manager for one small issue and it was immediately taken care of. Such a marvellous condo. Will definitely rent again
The location of the property was terrific and the room had everything that could be needed for an enjoyable stay on the island. I very much appreciated all of the additional amenities offered in the property. The owners offer many things that are useful for a beach vacation (beach towels, body boards, sun umbrella, snorkeling sets, and chairs)! Additionally, the kitchen is stocked with a blender, rice cooker, and many other things needed for a longer stay on the island. The only thing to note is if someone has younger kids, the grounds & HOA have a lot of rules that may make the stay a bit more stressful than staying at a place that caters more to families. Overall, a great location and a great stay!

Property located on the first floor. It have beatiful lanai which is feeled private and surrounded by lash foliage. Entrance door is opened by code provided by management. Unfortunately entrance door do not have any deadbolt option. It means anybody with code may open door any time - day or night. Unit have 2 small airconditioners. They helped to keep comfortable temperature inside, but without constant air circulation we could feel light odor of unclear origin. Management was very responsive and friendly. They provided bags to keep air fresh, so we had no complains about odor after that. The place is beatifull and we were happy staing there.

Unit is a nice size. Kitchen has a full sized fridge, large in house washer/dryer and a full sized dishwasher. Cooking pans, knives, other utensils and appliances are of very high quality. Bathroom has a large walk-in shower which is great. Also, a standard height toilet which is a bonus! A few tweeks would make it perfect. There are many 'decorative' items that take up too much space. No real place to put personal things like books, snorkel equipment, snacks, etc. A bit of decluttering would go a long way. Front entry could use a few wall hooks - again for bags, jackets, hats, etc. Outside lanai is a good size with a side ocean view! Lanai furniture needs an update/overhaul, however, as the paint has chipped off the arms of the chairs and the cushions have lost most of their support. The fact that they are high tops is wonderful for the view but they are extremely difficult (and noisy) to move and place when you are sitting on them. If they swivelled it would be ideal.
We loved the layout and size of the condo and its proximity to all the Kona restaurants and shops. The complex is quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed many hours of serenity on the lanai surrounded by the beautiful, lush, tropical gardens. All the amenities needed for a great stay were provided.
Last minute find for a 3 night stay and couldn’t be happier. Grounds are beautiful, salt pool is wonderful and bbq’s were great while watching the sun go down. Condo met all our needs - will be back!
Condo was clean and all amenities were nice. Remodel was done well and looked very good. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to this unit in the future!
The unit was clean, modern with nice "Hawaii" touches. (sea shells, tropical pictures, local magazines). Seating was fine. Bed was very comfortable. The grounds are very well kept. Lanai has almost a "private" tropical setting, yet delivers a view of the water.
Great place to stay. This was our second visit. Only con was it appeared that other guests had just checked out and the condo had been hastily cleaned. The floors throughout were super dirty. We were stepping on crumbs. Hair in bathroom sink.
Beautiful, well-kept grounds, and wonderfully responsive management and a great setup overall for the development But we probably would not return to this particular unit because it is so, so dark inside.
Served it’s purpose. Location was fine, had never been to Kona. Found it to be busy. Condo was fine. It’s a bit dated and the interior is dark. Pretty well equipped. Nice bathroom and bedroom. Could use some wd40 on hinges and faucet handles. Nice lanai and condo grounds are nice.
