Kona Alii Condos - Ocean and Pool Views from this spacious 1 bedroom 2 bath condo located in the heart of downtown Kailua Kona Village. Free assigned covered parking. The condo features a beautiful remodeled kitchen with exotic solid granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. The unit also has an abundance of closet space and a new laundry room with front loading washer and dryer. The oversize lanai has ocean and pool views with bistro table, lounger and love seat for relaxing, entertaining and outdoor dining. The condo is conveniently located on the second floor close to the assigned covered parking space with elevators for easy loading and unloading. The Kona Alii Complex is a secure concrete building with a keyed lobby, 2 elevators, a pool, bbq area and a 7th floor sundeck. The location is amazing directly across the street from the beautiful Pacific Ocean right in the heart of downtown Kailua Kona Village for an easy walk to many restaurants, shops and entertainment. (1 Queen bed( new 14” exquisite mattress), Queen Sofa Bed, & Twin rollout bed.)

Location, location

If you want a condo that's close to everything this is the one. Ocean, farmers market & restaurants are within several blocks. Property manager was super with any questions.

This place was just as advertised. The location was amazing, with a short walk to multiple restaurants and shops and views of the ocean. The space was plenty big for us. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was well appointed and clean.

Great Get-a-way

Simple but thorough and thoughtful. Location is wonderful in the heart of activity. Accessible to shops and restaurants, but can occasionally be noisy. Easy to hop onto the highways to venture out to the other parts of the island. Beautiful Hawai'i.

Perfect place

The property was all we could ask for. Our lanai overlooked the pool and we could see the ocean. No need for air-conditioning as the breeze was perfect. Everything we need as there, Good location to Kona and the farmers market was within walking distance, We would definitely stay in that unit again

Amazing location

The condo was as described and very clean. Great location just steps away from anything you'd want to do in Kona. Great to have in-unit laundry.Only downside is that since it isn't air conditioned, you'll likely want the place opened up all night. The great location means foot and car traffic right outside, so was woken up a few times throughout the night. Not a big enough problem that I wouldn't recommend it, but if you're a very light sleeper, it's something to be aware of.

I love staying at the condos at Kona Ali’i. It’s in a central location to many things and right down in the heart of the action. Condo building is secure. Pool is refreshing. View is great, being right on the ocean. We will definitely be coming back.

Great condo in the heart of Kona!

This property had everything we needed! Location was amazing in the heart of Kona. Close to all the shops and restaurants. The condo had a comfortable bed, the kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to have chairs, and boogie boards to use on the beach! We loved sitting on the baloney each day with our coffee and wine overlooking the pool and you could even see the ocean! It was quiet at night and even without air conditioning you could keep cool with all the ceiling fans. Melissa had a binder made up with so many tips for sight seeing and restaurant suggestions that we found very helpful. When we walked in we were greeted by Hawaiian flowers in every room, a nice touch! We loved our first visit to the Big Island and would definitely recommend this property.

Good time in Kona

The location was great, the two bathrooms were very handy, the supplies were very convenient, the pool was beautiful, the view from the lanai was beautiful. The only problem was that the bedroom window faced the driveway and the game courts. The noise from the driveway and the courts was occasionally disturbing late or early. We had a wonderful stay there.

Big Island Oasis

Probably the best location in Kona. So convenient to everything and every place to see and do in the Kona area. Having 2 bathrooms is a huge plus and the washer/dryer keeps you fresh and clean. Lanai is spectacular plus beach items are top shelf quality. Melissa is easy to communicate with and seems to care about her guests and property. Kitchen is well furnished and fridge is big. Enjoy!

Great place to stay! In the center of Kona, close to shops and restaurants. Farmers market near by. The condo was clean, nice view from the lanai. The only thing we had was there is no air conditioning as advertised! However the rooms have ceiling fans and with the widows open it was ok. Not sure how it would be when it gets hotter.

Nice Unit, Great Location

This place is excellent for a small group (1-3 people). It is very centrally located, a short walk to all the downtown Kona shops and restaurants. Being so close to Alii'i Drive and everything else means it's not for the lightest of sleepers, it did not bother me. Like I said, it's great that it's a short walk to everything. It is nice to have a reserved parking spot, parking in Kona is a challenge at the best of times. The unit is well stocked, although I did not take much advantage of that. Nor did I ever manage to use the pool, but it looked nice. Check-in/check-out went smoothly. I would definitely stay there again.

4 night stay in Kailua-Kona

The location of this condo cannot be beat. all the best restuarants and bars are just a few steps away. However, we could not get into the room until 4:25 due to late cleaning. Additionally, we were very disappointed to find out the condo did not have air-conditioning as it had listed in the ad. The owner then told us that the small box in the bedroom would blow cool air once we filled it with chilled water. However that did not work as it was missing the outlet plug adaptor. I tired several of my own and that did not work.

Location Location Location

This condo is perfectly situated in the center of all the shops and happenings. However, it is extremely secure and quiet. Covered car port The full kitchen had all the whistle and bells so you could make your own meals. Lots of little spices etc. you don't have to run out and purchase. Standard coffee maker. Having two bathrooms was nice. My husband had his and I had mine. heaven. The unit does not have central air conditioning, but if you use the ceiling fans/portable chiller and open the lanai you get a nice breeze. We are sensitive to heat, so we would probably stick to the cooler months when renting this unit. The pool area is relaxing and quiet. Very clean. We would rent this unit again

Perfect location for us

We really enjoyed our stay. We wanted a place within walking distance of some shopping, different choices for meals out or take out. I cannot imagine a better location; we were very pleased with everything. We arrived after dark so found it a little challenging to understand the good directions provided to us. Once we were able to see things in daylight, everything was easier. I'd recommend planning your arrival during daylight hours if possible. Everything one would need was provided. That was very welcoming and made things easy for us. While we didn't have a full-on view of the beach area, what we saw was wonderful. It was easy enough to go downstairs and take picture of amazing sunsets at ground level. We didn't BBQ but saw others taking advantage of provided equipment. There were several great dining options close by. Our favorite ended up being Thai Bin. During our short stay we had 3-4 meals from there. Super yummy, fresh food. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you for everything!

Excellent location

The location is so convenient, and the check in process was very smooth. The balcony is very nice with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. Things that could be improved: All the towels smelled terrible -- like that moldy, mildewy smell that happens when things don't dry properly. We washed the towels ourselves twice in a hot water cycle to get the smell out. Many of the cups, flatware, and knives were also visibly dirty. The locks to the building doors are finicky. It's a real pain to stand there every time trying to unlock the door. You have to jiggle the key exactly the right way. This seems to go for all the building doors -- the ones to the front of the building, the one leading to the parking area, and the one from the parking stairwell to the unit floor. The unit's front door is fine. The bed is very, very soft, FYI.
