Just a stone's throw from Heeia Bay, this private and spacious condo offers the ideal oceanfront setting for your Kona Resort getaway. Complete with huge ocean views, lovely Hawaiian décor, central air conditioning, wireless internet, cable, and a washer and dryer, Kanaloa 3304 provides the ultimate escape for a big family or three couples. Its convenient location allows easy access to beaches, dining, shopping, golf, and a wide variety of island adventures.

The primary bedroom at Kanaloa 3304 boasts ocean views, a king-size bed and large television, vaulted ceilings with a fan, and a sizable en suite bath. The guest bedroom also features ocean views, along with a queen-size bed, television, and full bath. An upstairs loft may be used flexibly, as it comes furnished with a king-size bed and television, as well as a desk area and another full bath. The condo's open, well-equipped kitchen flows into a living space with vaulted ceilings and especially spectacular ocean views.

The airy living space opens in turn to an expansive covered lanai with a wet bar and dining area for six, the perfect spot for relaxed open-air meals with a view. Just a few steps away are three community pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and barbecue grills. Guests of Kanaloa 3304 also enjoy amenities such as beach towels, chairs, a beach umbrella, coolers, and tennis racquets.

Situated near Keauhou Harbor and Kailua Kona, this west Hawaii Island condo enables guests to quickly access breathtaking beaches such as Magic Sands/White Sands and Honl's, as well as snorkeling at Kahaluu Beach Park, surfing at Banyan Beach, and of course kayaking/stand-up paddling at Keauhou Bay. The endless restaurant and shopping possibilities of Alii Drive are also close by, and a short drive leads to options such as hiking, coffee plantation tours, quaint artist communities, and Hawaiian historic sites.

Beautiful view!!! Well located. Quite community. Grocery store and several restaurants just a short walk away. Three outfitters are in walking distance as well. Would definitely stay here again!

We had plenty of room for 3 kids and 3 adults. Very well equipped. Kids loved all the beach things. Adults loved the lanai. Enjoyed sunsets at the ocean front pool and convenient snorkeling next to condo. Doughnuts early in the morning at the KTA up the hill are amazing!

Great location, views. WiFi did not work consistently. Did receive tech support which helped temporarily. When it failed again I chose not to pursue it further. Perhaps if I had, it could have been permanently fixed. Kitchen needs a can opener!

Beautiful view, comfortable stay

My guess is, when you stay you’ll rate it 5 stars. I just couldn’t and here’s why. The up stairs space is a pullout couch with an uncomfortable, super thin mattress pad. So we bought a 3 inch topper and it was fine. I learned later from the property management company that was the tipping point for the owners to buy a full-size bed. So enjoy. 😉 The kitchen is well stocked, the outside space at Sunset is stunning. Everything worked. Love the master suite and shower. Will return.

PARADISE!!!

Everything about this property was perfect! Super clean, super comfortable, super easy!!! We can not wait to return. So many great memories made at the condo/pool/lagoon. Plenty of space for a large family. The views are 10 stars! We ate every meal on the patio and cooked many meals. The kitchen was very well stocked and a target, Costco and grocery store very close. Seriously, this is an amazing vacation rental!!!

We’re quite familiar with Kanaloa at Kona and this is the finest property we’ve ever booked through VRBO. Outstanding views from every room, beautiful flooring and a nicely furnished loft. There were some unexpected cleaning requirements which we weren’t used to but these are minor negatives. This is a jewel. You won’t be disappointed.

Spectacular Condo

The condo was just how the pictures presented itself! The views were amazing from every room. The place was super clean. I was there with my family of 4 and inlaws and there was enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The property also had wonderful pools that we enjoyed daily. The sunset can be viewed while swimming in one of the three pools. The cove the condo over looked was great for snorkeling. The condo had a ice chest and bamboo mats to use at the beach along with some pool toys. My family would love to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
